Refiner - stoner

This device allows the realization of juices and fruit pulps, vegetable mousses, gravies, bisque and fish soups.

The centrifugation system of the products inside a sieve ensures a yield far superior to the traditional methods (vegetable mill, Chinese ...) and makes it possible to obtain a finished product without any bitterness, for a better conservation. It allows to pass soups, bisque or sauce funds, to extract the pulp and fruit juice, to separate vegetable fibers from vegetables. All these tasks have no secrets for this automatic sieve.
