This equipment is provided at the end of the production line for bottling. Students must take great care during handling and pay particular attention to the temperature of the bottles. The bottles are held manually under the drawers of the printer until they are filled, and are then manually conveyed to the screw capper.
BOTTLE FILLER FOR FILLING BOTTLES (1 L) - MP607
- 1 double-walled stainless steel buffer tank, 80 L capacity, isolated, with an inlet, an outlet, an overflow and a level indicator. It makes it possible to absorb the filling rates of the bottles.
- 3 filling spouts
- A support rail to hold the bottles on the beaks. The beaks are self-sealing, by simple pressure they open and the bottle fills, when the pressure of the bottle is released against the beak, it closes. The rail is adjustable in height; it is set according to the desired filling level. The bottles fill up by gravity.
