Bridge of extensometry

The EI616 extensometer bridge, with 6 independent channels, allows strain gauge strain measurements as well as measurements of other physical quantities when used with the appropriate sensors. The high-contrast digital display gives the direct measurement in micro-deformations, for half or complete bridge assemblies of 6 measurement channels. The gauge factor is adjustable from 1 to 5; the channels can be balanced independently using multi-turn potentiometers. An analog output per channel allows viewing through an oscilloscope or plotter, and data acquisition.

The excitation voltage of 2.5 V allows the use of resistance strain gauges of 120 Ω minimum Constantan alloy, Iso-elastic, Karma or tungsten platinum. The digital display of 20000 points allows deformation measurements of plus or minus 20000 μm / m regardless of the alloy of the gauges used.
